Today my interview of dena bank took place at tarang banquet hall ,lucknow on 24/05/2012 at 9 AM ……. My interview goes like this ……
There were 3 members in my panel ,I open the door gently and ask for permission ,may I come in sir Yes … after reacheing to the chair I wished ……gd morning to all of u sirs ……..

M1-so saurabh u belong to ? Sir I am from Kanpur
M1-do u belong to that place ? No sir, actually my father belong to DhaUlpur a place situated in rajasthan .my father migrated to this place for business purpose ….
M1-but u brought up and education took place in Kanpur naa? Yes,sir
M1- so saurabh after ur graduation in science u switch to the history …..y so strange combination ? Sir,I can explain to u .after the completion of my graduation I got selected in a apprentice ship to in one of the ordnance factory so I indulge myself in that till 2008 but want to continue my further study I took admission in M.A.after the successful completion of my training I start preparing for the banking exams I cleared some of them but could nt make till final in any of them ….now becz of the support of my younger brothers I m here
M1-so r they both are working somewhere ? Yes ,sir they both are working in the INDIAN AIR FORCE…….
M1-so u didn’t u try in IAF.? Have u ever faced the SSB ? Yes sir I also appeared for the same exam nd cleared but due to some family problem I could nt join that .and y the way they both are PBOR mean personnel below officer rank and I faced SSb interview in my life once in ALLAHAbD ,19 SSB …….
M1-what ur father do ? Sorry sir ,my father is no more
Now the M2 …… M2-so saurabh after graduation in science u did ur PG in history …………..how u will sell urself for this Job
Sir I think I have all the qualities of a PO such as cool minded,presence of mind ,cooperative nature …..these should be the qualities of a PO and I have ……..
M2-being a history student what u know about economy ? (I quickly reply)sir being a science and history student its doesn’t mean that I m nt aware about the economics and banking I have enough knowledge of economics and banking terms .
M2-so reply a simple question in economics what cabn be the ause behind the decreace in demand ..? Sir there can be a several factors it maybe the factors that in market ppl don’t have enough amount to buy things .mean recession …..
M2-resession ? Yes sir recession …….
M2- have u heared about MONOPOLY ?
Yes sir this is a term of which has a sole ryt to produce or to sell in the market no one else ………
M2-so what do u think is this gd for economy.consumerand nation ?
Sir I think monopoly is not from the the point of view of the economy if suppose producer make rise in prices it would be difficult for the consumer ……. Ther should be a open market ……
M2- (say something quickly in English but I could nt understand ,but ididnt say pardon becz I have said it several times ) Sorry sir ,no idea
M2-is there any law has been introduced by govt to check this monopoly ? )

Yes sir it is the apex body of all the regional rural banks
M3- what it do ? Sir it gives guideline to all the RRBS how to function for the financial inclusion and also how to disburse the loan to the poor ppls ..also the deprived ppls of the rural area . M3-does it directly give loan s? No sir it give loans to RRB then RRB do
M3-head office ? Sorry sir ,no idea
M3-what is SIDBI ? Sir this refer to small industrial development bank of india which finanace the small industries …

Sir I have a group of 4 friends we all prepare together 3 of them has been selected in the recent result of the banks ,,,,,,,,,,,
M1- o gd why didn’t u ? Sir as I said earlier I don t have gd % in my graduation so that’s by I could apply for those banks …….its my first intervw ..

Sir my father was a shopkeeper a grocery shop and also a distributorship of a tea company named MUGALL tea based of Firozabad ,,,,
M2- so who is running that 1 ? Sir after the death of my father that business was wind up ……
M1- so saurabh tell me any two news of 2days newspapaer except hike in the petrol priceand devaluation in rupee against dollar ?
Yes sir the first news is RBIS has decided to take back the bond of worth 12000 cr from the market to maintain the liquidity becz due to the devaluation of the dollar banks had borrowed approx 1 lac cr in last two days which above to the comfort zone ofRBI (After a pause of 10sec ) Chennai super king has defeted Mumbai and make it place to the final ..
M2- mean CSK in final ? Yes sir
M1-sure ? Yes sir ,I think so
